The staff, though resourceful, were accommodating and made every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. The spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen provided a cozy retreat. Conveniently situated near shopping centers and local eateries, the location offered ease of exploration. For those seeking a peaceful oasis with a hint of indulgence, Mercure provides a welcoming haven. My neutral encounter at the hotel subtly invites guests to savor serenity in Rio de Janeiro.
